Q: There are many beautiful items on your website, but I cannot figure out how to purchase. What can I do? A: Igmor.com is what we call an online catalog. With rare exception, every item is stocked and ready to ship. If you are not a current customer, just send an email to 'sales@igmor.com' with your contact information and what item/size you are looking for and we have a simplified process to have your items on the way to you within 24 hours. Q: Are you an authorized Swarovski reseller? A: Yes. We are proud to be an authorized?reseller of Swarovski Crystals, and maintain a large inventory of Swarovski Crystals with same day shipping available. in FY 2015, Igmor was awarded as the largest revenue producing reseller in the lighting segment. Q: How long has Igmor been in business? A: Igmor Crystal has been in business for more than 50 years, and its staff have more than 100 years of cumulative knowledge of the crystal lighting industry. Q: What items do you stock locally? A: We have more than 10,000 square feet of inventory locally with additional facilities across Europe. We stock mostly Czech Crystal and Swarovski Crystal, and we carry all types of prisms, columns, accessories, specialty items and more. Check out our inventory under the "browse..." section of our website. Most items are in-stock. Q: You do not have prices for the items listed on this website? How do I get pricing? A: The reason we do not publish pricing is because of (a) pricing fluctuations; and, (b) varying discount structures. Almost every item listed on this website is in stock, but to be sure, we prefer to quote pricing with accurate lead times. To receive a quote, simply email 'sales@igmor.com' and let us know who you are (include your customer # if you know it), the item and quantity you are seeking. Quote turnaround time typically is within one business day. Email requests are usually the fastest way to get an accurate quote. Q: Are you able to fabricate custom parts? A: Absolutely. It is highly recommended that you schedule a visit to meet with a design specialist who can assist in having your piece(s) duplicated at one of our factories. Q: Do you accept credit card payments? A: We accept all major credit cards
